Another day of Rugby

On Saturday the 2th of July Otorohanga Transport under 13's had a game of rugby. We played Turangi. They were kinda hard. The score was 53-50 to us. I thought we lost but I was wrong. At the end of the day we had a feed and headed back to Otorohanga. It took a long time to get back, but we got back to Otorohanga. I also got most improved player.

Winter sport's

On Wednesday the 1st of June all the school's in Otorohanga had winter sport's. The year seven's and eight's played rippa rugby, year five's and six's played netball and year four's and three's played soccer. The year seven's and eight's won three, lost four and drawed one.

The pike river mine tragedy

On friday 19th November 2010 a tragedy happened in Gray Mouth(New Zealand).  A big explosion hit pike river mine and traped 29 men in the mine.  The youngest man in there was 17 and the oldest was 62.  On wednesday 24th November 2010 another explosion happened.  All of the 29 men died in that explosion.

This is a picture about the KIwi house in Otorohanga,New Zealand.  The kiwi house has lots of animal like kiwi's,kakapo(bird),tuatara(reptile) and more.

Speeches

This term our class is doing speeches.  My speech is about rugby.  My brother is doing a speech about NRL.  I was going to do it about NRL but he was doing it.
